Accessibility Statement for Great Lakes Craftsman

Great Lakes Craftsman is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving our website to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA success criteria.

Our Efforts:

We are actively working to make our website more accessible by:

  • Providing alternative text for all non-text content.

  • Ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and background.

  • Using semantic HTML to structure our content.

  • Making our website navigable using a keyboard.

  • Providing captions for videos and transcripts for audio content (where applicable).

  • Ensuring forms are accessible and easy to use.

  • Regularly testing our website with assistive technologies.

Known Limitations:

Despite our efforts, some content or features on our website may not yet be fully accessible. For example, due to the nature of our handcrafted items, some images may be highly stylized and difficult to describe perfectly with alternative text. We are working to address these limitations.

Feedback:

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at info@greatlakescraftsmen.com

We will make every effort to respond to your feedback and address any accessibility issues promptly.
